Holy crap I didn't think they'd do it. He looks incredible!

Wonder if they'll pull off Bomber Megatron.

I would love this. If WT is making it a thing of creating transforming figures from what Flame Toys did in their KKK line, it will most likely be bomber Megatron.

Hell, if WT likes this challenge of making non-transformers into transformers, I'd like to see them get into ThreeZeros MDLX line with an upscaled touch. Their Rodimus is excellent!

I don't think I'll be doing a tf video review of this figure. It's a good figure though...the tf not so much. ;)

Finally got my batteries. Love that magnifying glass effect the matrix gem has that really help it shine even more

Gosh this thing looks beautiful. For those that have him, is he worth it? The few breakages I’ve seen are a bit worrying but I’m still so tempted.

@idkwdya he's worth it from the standpoint he looks like the Flame Toys Kuro Kara Kuri 04 Optimus Prime aka Musclebear 04 and transforms.
    I like the figure.
As is, compare the price to the Musclebear version, this being just $30 or so cheaper...and the MB version is metal frame I believe.
If you just intend to tf him a few times with the main emphasis enjoying his bot mode...I don't know...consider how you'll be enjoying him?
My copy has no damage (so far), because I took it really slow and don't intend to do an initial tf review. I'll do a non tf review in a few days though. ;) .
Some joint designs make this a questionable purchase. IE., if you're really careful, for as long as you have it, you're good. If you forget how something moves one day, something might snap/shear. ;)

I don’t really know how to review this figure. The articulation and design of the figure blows me away. His size is nothing to shirk at either. And I love the accessories, lighting effects, etc. My only issue is the finish. With so much of it unpainted…and with them using duller shades of plastic…this guy ends up standing out (looking noticeably darker shaded) than the rest of my collection. I can understand they didn’t want to risk all the scratching that would come with paint given how articulated this guy is. It would have been worth the risk, and a few more dollars, for me though. I guess my summary would be: “Buy it…but pay ShowZ price for it. It isn’t worth what it is going for at US retail…but it could have been.”

well I mean already seen the video and it shows it, but it doesn't really explain the intricacies of how many things need to line up or tab in for the side panels lol (and it already does a poor job by showing it from beneath for some reason). Especially as it has to donut hole around a part of the forearm transformation.

And also that regarding the arm transformation, the plastic quality and possible spots of shearing a mushroom peg off if something isn't fully cleared (I.E that inner forearm) really needs to be mentioned in some review sometime.

Edit: If yall were wondering what parts: I mean these parts

Just messing around different ways to store all the accessories lolz

Got mine. Still haven't transformed him yet but fantastic looking and posing figure. Looks dynamic no matter what.

I think it's worth it, but I think the comparison with the non TF version is a good gauge ;)
Have to go to sleep, the HD version will eventually clear. :D

I wonder what to apply to the pegs or peg holes in the back so they'd stay in better when handling him (AND NO DON'T SAY SUPER-GLUE)

This is a general problem that you can mostly spot from other reviews as well, probably the length of the pegs are a little too small
Let’s not jump to the “replacement” button first lol. (Already jumped on them earlier for replacement fins and some arm assembly pieces)

Just got this guy today - anyone have issues with it having... stuff all over it? i don't know how exactly to describe it but there was plastic dust and some greasy/uncured paint texture all over him, and it came off on my fingers while manipulating it. Lots of it too, very noticeable. I honestly think I need to wash the figure before playing around with it too much... Ugh.

likely polyurethane...but yeah, my visor I mentioned in vid was glued on. I think it was their fix for not having lose face masks :p
I "cracked" it off with little damage but a loud crack to the glue, lol.
