Nothing new...only for me. Probably my first big custom. Taking cues from other metroplexs' around here.

Using Cybertron metroplex and g1 metroplex.
Looking at getting a custom head too.
Comments and suggestions welcomed as I'm going through this as I go.
    Will get more pics later.

It's funny u chimed in cuz I was pretty much following urs if anything. Didn't know u used balljoints for ur karma though. That would've been easier than what I'm doing retaining g1 joints...not to mention less sloppy. Lol. Will put more pics later. I'll ask u this too, how did u ball joint the head?

I used a lego balljoint and fixed it in the torso. The head is conected to that joint with a lego cross rod.

@beangrower thats what I used the HFTD insecticon ball and socket for the ball fit in the tube from the bottom piece that slides and I cemented it in and the socket fit in the tube in the middle of the head. I trimmed it back in order sit lower and cemented it in. It can't retact anymore though, but has great range of motion so it is able to look far down so turn it backwards and point down and point antenna to the right level forward

Here are my candidates for six shot, scamper, and slammer. Wanted vehicon for scamper, n heavytread for slammer...if I can find one cheap. N n sixshot is a fatty.lol. was gonna use prid prime...but figured I'd use my junkers first.

working on six shot right now and need some feedback. which way should i go about this.
    i'm thinking either like this:

inferno's head looks almost the same, just need to change the eyes to a single visor.

or should do a more g1 approach with only leg and arm articulation?[IMG]

    what do y'all think?

Ill try to make it g1ish. Arms are gonna be hard. Got my junker inferno for $4 so couldn't resist.

Update: decided to use a Soundwave head as the modified inferno head wasnt coming out how I wanted. Also decided on my scamper finally....
