Since my Wheeljack has to be put under care due to an... unidentified accident involving one of my brothers (AGAIN), I've decided to work on something a bit more unEarthly. UPDATE ALREADY: I've reassembled the other arm. I'm preparing a WFC Bumblebee as a head. I know it'll probably look dumb as a tough-guy on this mould, but it's the closest head I own to Brawn's. If anyone can recommend a better idea from a figure on sale as of 2nd September, 2011, please tell me so. I'll upload new pics when I feel like it.
If you can find a Rodimus Cyclonus BIS set, Cyclonus' head minus the ears is used as a Classics Brawn head.
^Uh, yeah. That's the one. Just chop the ears off and the head is perfect. Right now, i'd say the idea is interesting. I'm not necessarily a fan of the damaged paint job (looks a bit too damaged, but that's just me), but i suppose if fits for WFC. I would like to see how you make the alt mode different to Prime's.
The paint needs a lot of work. Even if you were tabbing it as a battle damage, it still needs to be improved. Are you priming the figure? Also, what paints are you using? I do like the idea of Brawn being made out of this mold, though. It's a short and stocky one with a bulkier upper body.
Looks promising. I agree that the Cyclonus head is the way to go for this. Your paint needs a lot of work it looks very messy and hurried. Just slow down and take your time. Don't try to cover everything at once. Light layers will make this look 1000x better.
dang XP thats why i'm glad my brothers A: eighteen and 2: never interferes with my projects , LOVING THIS SO FAR brawn doesnt get too much credit, he was awesome
