I'll bet this is where Mairghread was originally gonna have Blurr almost say "Fat Tankor" like she alluded to in her Underbase interview.

Haha.. Blurr is so.ignorant he doesnt even realize he has a dinobot killing machine behind him along with other skilled combatants such as Waspinator and the tankor duo

 

I'm not sure why... but there's something awkward about the script here.

Maybe it's the fact that Sinnertwin called Rippersnapper, Cutthroat. Or maybe it's the fact that nobody can apparently tell that a Transformer can fly despite having obvious wing kibble. Or maybe it's the matter of ease in which Blurr was able to tell everyone to kill some 'cons despite the fact that they've really done nothing.

On the other hand, Slug and Tall Tankor are great. Chromia too, it's good to see more of that going on.

Artwise, I think I'm starting to see what people meant during #2.

In his defense Blurr is sending Tall Tankor, who does have a flying alt-mode to help. As for Waspinator as a skilled combatant... He seems more in line with his Beast Era counterpart than Rattrap. Somehow I expect combat to end with him in pieces and muttering "Univerzze hate Wazzpinator..."

Fridge Brilliance- Scott said in one interview that she thought that in a four million year war it'd be more important to figure out what someone turns into than what gender pronoun they use. Well Windblade missed the war, didn't she?

The Terrorcons are totally rocking their BH designs... So Hopefully Toy accuracy and them combining?

And did anyone else find it funny the guy who's original tech specs listed him as "Flamethrower" is the one who said "Burn"?

 

Three pages of nothing. Excellent. We're on pace for four issues of one issue.

 

i think it's Rid then Windblade and MTMTE on the same day...MTMTE is out on the 25th that's the last week in june and this is slated for the the 25th also..double up on tf comics right before the movie i suppose.

no windblade the guy with huge wings in robot mode can't fly...he turns into a car...

and three issues in and we're still doing the "my name is windblande and blah blah blah" thing?? come on now.....

...Chromia really kinda screwed them over, didn't she? I know she's trying to help Windblade, but the whole "What ABOUT you?!" line was kinda asshole-ish. I think it would've been a little better if she said something more along the lines of "You fought a war for four million years, you can take care of yourselves!" or something like that.

Not saying I've stopped liking Chromia, though. I still love her.

 

I don't what Blurr's getting upset about when Chromia ditches them, they've all fought and survived a four million year war, you'd think they could all take care of themselves (well maybe not Waspinator but whatevers)

 

Only two issues in and I want this series to continue as a ongoing.

 

Can't wait.
