I have seen the movie 2 days ago. No trailer in Hungary, that's for sure. We got the trailer for "Hannah", X-Men First Class and some other forgettable stuff.

Saw the movie last night, no trailer

but then again I saw Tron Legacy in 3D and 2D and no promised trailer, and it wasn't Frenzy/Rumble this time, it was Mr. Bay who made that promise. Getting me all hyped up to see the announcement trailer in 3D.

So, no trailers in Panama City Beach, FL

I want to be mad at Frenzy/Rumble, but after watching Sucker Punch, I'm more mad at Zack Snyder.

I saw Sucker Punch last night. It was a disjointed mess that was all flare and no substance. Hated it. It lacked any kind of intelligence, didn't act upon its own goal of empowering women with any semblance of credibility or stereotype-breaking, and really just didn't make a lot of sense. The only thing I liked was the Feudal warriors scene, and that was ruined by the loud industrial music that was incredibly out-of-place.

And no DotM trailer, which would have at least redeemed the night somewhat. Got a nice little Pirates preview though.

 

Lets try this when they say the next DOTM trailer is going ot be released: don't rush out and watch a lame movie, wait until the trailer hits the internet. That's how I'll see the next trailer.

So it was, my mistake.

 

I saw Sucker Punch today in Imax with Freyabeads. There was a TF3 trailer, it was the Apollo Moon Landing one, though a bit expanded.

 

What was expanded???

 

Yes, please elaborate, Backscatter. I am intrigued.

 

Okay, the expanded parts where more of NASA's reaction to the discovery of the alien ship. There was a Walter Cronkite clip of him saying commucation was lost with Apollo 11. (at least I think the WC section was new) and the walk of the Astronauts to the Autobot ship, more scenes inside the ship, and you see the Autobot waking up. All in all the trailer was about 2 minutes in length.

 

That just sounds like the regular trailer.

 

Yes, nothing new was revealed, it was just longer than the first Apollo 11 DOTM trailer I first saw.

 

No offense, but I doubt they'd release an extended version of that trailer.

 

It can't be longer. There is only one announcement trailer.

 

No offense taken, believe what you will. But the question was if there was a DOTM Trailer. There was one. End of story. If I had known my words would have been questioned I wouldn't have posted to begin with. It's just a movie trailer after all.
