we have toys for pretty much all the movie characters now, but wheres earth mode soundwave? will there even be one?

 

I hope to hear about that today at Botcon... Leader Starscream as well.

As for Earth Mode, I don't think he'll be getting one so it's possible we won't get an Earth Mode toy this line. But there's a good chance we will in the third movie.

I'm almost fine with his deluxe for now until movie 3.

 

I'm not. The guy is so small! Plus, the hunchedness doesnt seem to suit him. He just doesnt seem to have the right proportions! I picked him up the other day, after seeing Peaugh's review of him thinking he was going to be epic. I was wrong. The figure is just way too loose. He's not solid at all, with even his altmodes not having any solidity (arms moving, weird flat pannel in front always moving, wings not stable). I dunno, if we're gonna have a Soundwave toy, I'd rather they do him again and make him more solid and less loose. I want a toy, that if I drop it, I wont be picking up a newly discovered 4th mode (if you catch my drift).

 

I was fooling around with my nephew's a few minutes ago, and he is easily my least favorite of the few I have held in my hand. Even if he doesn't get an Earth mode, I hope he gets a better toy than this. I wouldn't call him horrible, but it's just so unsatisfying, especially for a Soundwave figure.

 

I really really really hope soundwave gets a earth satellite mode.

I wouldn't bet on him getting a Voyager or an earth mode.
The only other thing we've heard coming out is a Legends Soundwave.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a Robot Hero some time as well.

The truck was an old plan that Orci said was no longer going to be used. I'd like a Voyager, but I can wait until TF3.

well im looking forward to final comirmation on the 4th leader class, seems to be starscream but id still like offical comfirmation from Hasbro and a voyager soundwave would be welcome in my collection

 

I sure hope we get a Voyager Soundwave. The Deluxe is blah for me. He doesn't need an 'earth mode' to get a Voyager release. I just want a bigger Soundwave.

 

I also was hoping Soundwave would be Voyager size. But when I found out he will be a Deluxe size, I was disappointed.

 

Soundwave does deserve a VOyager class, since I heard he is bigger than Longhaul. Secondly, I thought the toy for the FALLEN was a Leader class, WTF? No Leader for the fallen. Hasbro WTH?

 

 

I don't like his deluxe class figure either. It has hardly any articulation, or detail...I really hope the toy isn't representative of the movie version too much. I hope he does in fact get a larger toy, because both alt/robot modes of the deluxe are kibble-freakin'-riffic. After reading today's panel however, I don't see it to be likely.

In the end if they do not make a better Soundwave figure, I will get the Deluxe for now.Personally, I think he should really be larger, for how big he is going to be in the movie.
