    1) Why is deluxe Roadbuster in his simple, non-weaponised vehicle mode, where Topspin and Leadfoot are?

    2) Am I the only one who gets annoyed at this and wishes he/she could have a proper display of the movie Wreckers?

And Yes. I am mad, bro.

Because they want you to buy the HA, which does have the weaponized mode.

My theory is that it was to provide some choice, when for example, one kid wants to buy a "wrecker" (any of them) in the deluxe class, he can choose a plain or weaponized one. Then they mixed it up between size classes so there's always one of each type in them.

Not what I'd have done, but I think that might be the reason.

Another theory thrown around was that the way costs are apportioned to Deluxe waves, they decided engineering would be cheaper if they shipped it with no weapons visible in Alt mode.

I'm happy enough with my HA Roadbuster, so i guess i don't really care TBH.

I too get PO'ed by this,Hasbro really had to screw with us on 2 weaonized and 1 plain Wrecker in each size class, when people clearly want the armed to the teeth versions.I hope some of these 3rd party makers will either make attachments or do actual figures of them, since I'm pretty sure Hasbro ain't gonna waste there time making them.

    2. No. I want them to redo Roadbuster but I doubt they'll do it.

I bet it was part of the NASCAR deal when the license was acquired. Probably to better represent the NASCAR brand they demanded that some of the toys looked like normal NASCAR race cars rather than all just weaponized.

Wasnt it easier and more cost effective to engineer an accurate robot mod for deluxe Roadbuster with a clean vehicle mode?

But wasn't Topspin, who does have a weaponized alt. mode, in the same wave?
