as long as there is a good story line i'm all for a tf4 and 5 but it's going to be hard considering that all of the main decepticons are dead.

 

Sorry but we've had three films for them to give us Decepticons that could be great film villains and more depth. Instead we've gotten things like Prime can cut threw Decepticons like a light saber threw warm butter.

Megatron was easily killed by Prime and Starscream was killed by the annoying kid but somehow we going to get Decepticons that don't totally get owned in sequels 4 and 5. Or somehow the Transformers detectors that can be put on any street will all malfunction so we can get back to robots in disguise.

After three films I have to think what we've got is all we are ever going to get without some major shake up in the production team. It's just going to be treading the same waters we have for three films now.

 

why break what works, the movies as they are make hasbro a TON of money, to make us toys, so well, hasbro keep making money to make us more toys

and besides, i enjoy the movies, no need to change anything, DOTM was a hell of a step up from ROTF, and i enjoyed ROTF

 

Thing with not rebooting them is that 75 percent of the cast will be different anyway. Shia's done, and nothing short of a massive rewrite to his character arc is going to bring him back. And no I don't think bribing him with more money will work, because it seems to be a personal issue ie: he's sick of playing a similar character all the time and doesn't want to be typecast. So unless they try to rewrite him into an action hero (which is possible, they can finally let him break out of his "kid" role and let him join NEST, but they probably won't) Sam's gone, and with him go his parents, his girl friend, and all his other friends and co workers. With Ironhide and basically all the Decepticons dead, this means aside from Optimus Ratchet and Bee, and maybe Lennox Epps, and Simmons, all the other regular characters are gone.

With such a massive change in cast, it might as well be it's own story anyway. It will be way different from the first 3 just based on characters alone.

 

Simply because it is called Transformers!!

 

Considering DotM's success, more movies are going to be made eventually. I would want a more adult human cast (no high pitched screaming or awkward humor) and more military involvement.

 

The movies are fun. I don't think I'd like a reboot, but maybe a new director could be cool. I like Bay though.

A nice wfc for tf4 would be great. How bout thunderwing or bludgeon as the new decepticon leader??? No reboot, it's too early and it does not need to be rebooted but simply brought back to the big screen.

Sorry bud, but it's way to early for a reboot. But the reason why I want a 4 and 5 is because I really liked Bay's movies.

This is kind of how I feel. The ending of Dark of the Moon didn't do it for me. It could have if they expanded it, but they didn't. I want to see Transformers concluded perfectly before I call it quits

There's always that group that thinks that more movies are going to mean better things, and just maybe, a few of their wishes will come true.

I really wanted Unicron in the 3rd movie. That's why I want a 4th movie - to get Unicron.
