Why release Classics 2.0 and Animated at the same time?

    Given that the movie line is selling so strongly, Hasbro probably wants to provide the fans the movie brought in with a line that is much closer to the figures that originally attracted them in the event Animated figures do not do so.

    How many movie figures are they still planning to release in the movie line?

    I personally like Animated toys just as much as the movie and the Classics line based purely on an engineering standpoint. They hide their transformations very well and have exceptional articulation. I became a fan back in G1, but I can't compare these new toys to those and still not be impressed.

    As far as both these lines coing out at the same time, I get more toys to add to my collection at the same time while getting a chance to save up a lot of money before then.
