Go to "Report this item" at the bottom of the ebay listing, then select "Counterfeits and copyright violations" --> "Potential Trademark infringement" --> "Other replica or counterfeit items".
Reporting does not always work I reported some KO cassettes on an earlier post 5 days ago and they are selling for over $50 bucks a piece now. Report it anyways though. This guy is a loser

Sometimes it takes a few days before ebay pulls the auctions. As I stated in another thread, ebay can still pull auctions after they have ended. However, some auctions do slip through the cracks, and never get pulled.
