Why do you suppose DW made it so that the Matrix is connected to the user life force ?

And Will the matrix die if it is not given to someone else when the current holder is going to pass away in the Engeron universe ?
And could it pass to anyone when the current holder is going to pass anyway, even a Decepticon if they take it ?

What does everyone else think ?

Admittedly the Matrix doesn't exactly have a solid foundation regarding what it can and can't do, so as I see it... there's a lot of room to explore these sorts of ideas.

This idea is also a way to limit its use in his stories with the threat of the user dying.

Do you think that matrix can pass to anyone when the current holder is going to pass away, Evan a Decepticon if they take it ?

In The Movie, Megatron seemed to think that Optimus Prime dying also meant the Matrix died with him, until Unicron corrected him with the information that the Matrix had been passed to Ultra Magnus. So it seems that "the Matrix being tied to the bearer's life force" thing only comes into play when the Matrix is actually inside the bearer if they're killed.

But even that is pretty inconsistent. In the Marvel Comics, for example, Optimus Prime famously kills himself after that nonsense with the video game, and the Matrix was still inside his corpse when the other Autobots launched it into outer space. That's why that whole "Matrix Quest" arc began. Though in fairness, when that stuff with the video game happened, the Matrix as a concept hadn't been finalised yet (before that, it seemed to simply be some sort of program in Optimus Prime's head, rather than a physical object).

And to answer your question about a Decepticon holding the Matrix, Marvel Comics Thunderwing is most famous for being able to wield the Matrix and even use it as a weapon. Until he got possessed by it, anyway.
