I purchased Mixmaster this morning. He is my first Constructicon from ROTF. I like him, but his transformation can be kind of a bitch. I personally think Demolisher and Rampage are crap, and I will not be buying them unless their appearance in the movie completely makes them a must buy. So far Long Haul looks like the only other constructicon I'll be getting. Scrapper looks like he would make a great figure but Hasblow said that not all of the constructicons will necessarily get toys. And for the record, Sideways is AWESOME!
Sigh. As for the biker-bots, I might wait and see what the combined mode looks like before I jump and get any of them.
My concern is that Chromia won't be available anywhere when we see how awesome the chick-bot Combina is.
Just opened Ransack and Depthcharge. Dep is good, nice alt mode, but Ransack is friggin awsome. Decent bot mode, fun tf and great alt mode. The bi-plane is just so much fun. Best scout evah
I know Supreme Devastator is fail of Biblical proportions, but I still want him! I don't have anything wrong with me, do I? Also, I didn't really like Cannon Bumblebee, but I feel the urge to buy him! That's probably because it's more than likely better than Movie Preview Bumblebee.
Holy crap I completely forgot about Gizmo Duck. Despite being painfully small (no way to make one in proportion to Leader Prime, but I was hoping they could find a way for it to end up one of the taller Voyagers), it does end up a rather fun toy to tinker with. If I were a little kid I'd probably like it, despite the fact it has no guns or little features (besides the shovel feature, which is better for alt mode) and has little-to-no posability. It's not one of my favorites, but I do like it.
Beats me how anyone could like that monstrosity of a TF... It doesn't even have any damn feet. Geezus, It's as though it's inspired by BM or something... *shakes head* Maybe seeing him in the movie will make me appreciate him more but, I really doubt it... heh
