My son and I are going this year and this will be our second trip to a botcon (lucky kid) but I was wanting to know out of all the artistic types here who is going and are you planing on entering any of the art contests? P.S sorry theres no art here this was more of a general question for the artists.
I'm there! And I'm planning on entering the art contest and this film festival thingie they've got going on this year. ^_^
Still kinda undecided. Need to see if I can somehow take off from my co-op job, amongst other things. Also wondering if it's worth the trouble.
I'm going, but not sure if I'm bringing anything.. if I am, it will be a 3d hand made terrain set up of the ark and autobot base. I have plans for it, but at this point it might be shelved until next years con.
Is it going to be a continuance of the series? I think I still have one from Cybercon 2. I want another Kickback original.
I'm going and all TFW artists should def say hello I love meeting and talking art... if you get a boxset you'll get some of my art... so I think that means I can't enter the art conest...

I don't think they email people to let them know if they are confirmed for the convention, although they do end a letter out. Try checking your credit card to see if you've been charged. Motor Master: not necessarily. There's a hell of a lot of talented people out there.
I was just thinking if your art's the box art for the set, and the contest is asking for mounted art you can just prop the box on a table as your entry. XD
lol... nah I don't think my colors would look good without the lineart... plus i'm only doing a couple of the bio cards like i did for last year's figures...
Hey everyone, Myself and some of the folks over at the allspark are talking about doing some kind of colab piece at botcon this year, I am bringing markers and paper so Any of you are welcome to get in on something like this if you are game, I think it will be fun!
