Not to want to sound like a total arse, but I think your text in the Dai Atlas auction is somewhat misleading. Rather than "non official reissue", wouldn't it be fairer to describe it as a KO, as that's what it is?
asked ebay, they said it was ok. dont mention this as the offical thing so i dont see the problem as most tf fans will recognise this at the ko version again nit-picking - another reason
It's not the "most" i'm worried about, but the ones who don't get that "unofficial reissue" means "knock off". Arguing semantics, I know, but why dress it up. Anyway, good luck.

Can you please include the full ebay correspondence were they state that it is "Ok" to sell an illegal reproduction of a genuine transformer. I assume they also said it was okay to use language that was intentionally confusing?

Most people don't have a problem with people sellign KOs, it's when people try to DISGUISE them by saying they're SOMETHING THAT THEY'RE NOT that people get ANGRY. Does it work BETTER when I put things ALL IN CAPS? Seems to work for you...
