I realy hate the DOTM Megatron in general.

DOTM Megatron uses his trailer as part of his transformation while Optimus does not....if he was in scale with ROTF Leader Optimus, DOTM Leader Megatron would be effing huge in vehicle mode...

So, ROTF Leader Jetfire was HUGE in vehicle mode, so it can be done.

A leader class Megatron with soft-goods cape would be amazing. And chains. As well as incredible detail for the brain damage. Okay, maybe that would be more of a Masterpiece figure. They could still atleast make a leader with a soft cape though. Never been a fan of stiff plastic capes. *looks at my Emperor Palpatine figures*

Wait, there aren't plans to release a leader-class Megatron?? That's crazy, this is Megatron we're talking about here! I'm gonna hold out on getting the voyager but I do really want a new Megatron from DotM.

A Leader Megs would be great for this particular design, but being an Autobot guy myself, I'm still holding out hope for HA Mirage, Wheeljack, Jolt, and convertible Sideswipe. Yeah, like that's gonna happen. I'd also love to see a Leader Ratchet, but I'm certainly not holding my breath.

Yeah, a leader class Megs would be great but I prefer they give us the ROTF version with redesigned arms and make him a triple changer. After that, they can give us the DOTM version, then Shockwave and finally Blackout! :D

Oh, I forgot to add...a Leader Class figure of the Fallen would be cool...after all he's considered a major villain in the movie-verse!

Why would ROTF Megs be a triple changer? He has only two modes: flying tank and robot. That's it. As nifty as that cybertronian tank was, it had none of the personality as the Mad Max truck of DOTM. That mode totally rocks... Although I'd want two heads: one film accurate w/ damage and one with a whole head. Leader shockwave and fallen is a waste. They don't have alt modes, and honestly only need larger Robot Replicas to achieve the same effect. Leader Blackout/Grindor would be interesting, but honestly, MAJOR shelfwarmer, like Leader Brawl. My local stores were selling Brawl for $10 just to get rid of 'em, and they STILL sat there for months. DOTM Megs' would rock as a leader class figure, if given the same attention as ROTF Prime & Leader Starscream... If they treat Megs as they've done the last two leader figures, then there's no reason to go Leader Class.

Didn't we have to wait until around the time of ROFT DVD before there was even a hint of Leader Starscream? Something tells me we'll be lucky to even catch a whiff of a Leader Megs design until Q3 at the earliest.

If I remembered correctly, Megs was seen "flying" into space in alternate mode to meet the Fallen after being rebuilt. Maybe it was a limp flying alternate mode but it still counts as one. So a proper flying tank would be cool with wings, thrusters etc.

I really loved DotM Megatron's design. I would love to have a leader sized one to fight RotF Leader Prime.

Still lnot a triple changer. It's voyager class megatron. It's the same tank you see in the forest scene, also in the pyramids scenes both flying and retreating.
The tank has tiny wings and big thrusters.

I will accept nothing less than a leader class Megatron, anything else is a poor excuse.
