I don't think the movies could pull off triple changers without giving Hasbro engineers a serious ball ache.

I love them, but no. Not for TF3.

As mentioned Blitzwing would be very difficult to pull off. Lugnut could definitely work, but I'd leave him out this time.

There's only so much room for purple cyclops characters. I'd save him for later.

really don't see how Blitzwing could be done right in the Bayverse, but would love to see Lugnut though especially ever since seeing that one Fanart Bayverse version of him.

A movie Lugnut would be awesome. I would love to see him trying to stick it up for Megatron when/if Shockwave rises to take over.

Blitzwing and Lugnut were my favorite 'Cons in Animated and as much as I'd love to see them in the movie, I doubt Bay even watches Animated. However, if they were to miraculously be in it, it'd be awesome if Arnold Schwarzenegger were to voice all three of Blitzwing's faces; different pitch for each one. As for Lugnut, I saw this a couple years ago and was simply astonished...

I'd much rather they leave the strong animated features in animated... not hating on the show but it would seem out of place in the bayverse to have such a light hearted character in a film that tries to be taken seriously. (really every face is a spoof and that would just not fit into Bays vision of the cons all being rather intimidating apart from frenzy but he was doomed to comedic stuff)

I think the only way to make triple changers believable would be to have one mode with a very strong cybetronian vibe so say he's a perfect looking Mig but his tank mode looks more like TF2 megatron (style wise). Also we would need to establish this when we first meet the character as just pulling the 3rd mode out of thin air would be seen as poorly set up.

As for Lug nut. sure a old school bomber would be cool but I don't want him to be their just to make up the numbers

But wasn't he still able to fly after his reformat?

I say ROTF Megatron is a triple changer. I'd love to see them make that work for a new leader class figure.

Make Lugnut a seeker. With the Enola Gay as his alt mode.

As for Blitzwing, I just want to see a triple-changer in Movieverse. I don't care who.

I'm up for it. A movieverse Lugnut (The yellowbox one strikes me as more Classics-styled) could be epic.

He's not a triple changer. He only had two modes. Yes he could fly, but he didn't change into another alt-mode to do so.
