While I'm not fully sure we should believe everything Nelson has been telling us, I'd rather take his word than that of TheLastPrime (no offense, I just find Nelson more believable, tbh).
Well, I know Hasbro has lost the license to one of those names. What do they plan on doing about that?
Assuming TLP is legit, it is likely that the name changed ala Soundwave -> Soundbyte -> Frenzy in movie one.
This. At least Nelson has some credibility as he runs the website and is friends with Bay. Not to mention he gets frequent set visits and has access to the script. WE don't know a thing about TheLastPrime. Nothing. Yet the majority of people on this board are so eager to hear anything about this movie, they'll believe anything from anyone.
A friend of Bays. Bay of which loves to give FALSE info...... Over a guy who has posted stuff to has been proven.... I havent even seen a post by this Nelson guy. But TLP was posting stuff awhile ago.........
Guys this is what I was told by somebody on set, these two autobots I have yet to see in person..........so if Nelson says Inferno is out then id believe him too if I where u guys I don't blame you, the person who told me about inferno is not Tue same person who told me about Hot Rod, but mind you both have access to know forsure so I can't see how they would be wrong
No. Nelson runs Bay's site "Shoot for the Edit". TLP claims to be someone working on the production. He did predict the return of the Twins and Prime's trailer. He said, however, it was being hauled by a blue truck, not Prime. Now, maybe he saw it being transported to set or maybe they were guesses and he got lucky. What he does do, however, is give us something to discuss. I don't think anything he says should be posted in the news section until it has been verified.
The double meaning of the name "Hot Rod" is kind of lost when the alt mode is not actually a Hot Rod. ..Still it's better than Rodimus.
Just take everything with a grain of salt you guys... we really will not have any true confirmation until the movie comes out.
I find someone with no ties to "The Bay-Bay" (TheLastPrime) more believable than someone who may be doing Bay's misinformation dirty work.
Pretty much where I'm at, as well. I'm taking everything TLP says with a grain of salt, but knowing Bay, Nelson is more likely to be doing a misinformation campaign. Eh, it's wait and see at this point anyway.
