G1 Gnaw.

 

It was Rotorstorm until LSotW made him much less obscure. I guess he's still rather obscure still. I had the toy as a kid, I somehow didn't know/forgot that he was an actual Transformer, I just assumed he was just some random robot toy I had as a kid until I stumbled on him on TFWiki a few years back and realized who he was.

Really wish I still had mine as he's impossible to get off eBay for cheap. I've heard you can get him at Botcon for a decent price, but I've never been able to afford to go  .

My tops are probably Ramulus and Sonar from Beast Wars, followed by Cloudburst and Pincher.

Barricade was already in G1. He was a Micromaster.

Sunstorm isn't one of the Rainmakers.

There is only one Steve. He gets killed nearly every week on Prime.

 

4chan fan character. He's the vehicon voiced by KMR with an unrequited love for Starscream.

Probably G1 Skids...outside of a couple comics he never really did much and only has a couple toys.

If that's not obscure enough I'd probably have to go with G1 Octopunch or Countdown.

 

I really like Moonracer. I think one appearance on the G1 show qualifies her for obscurity.

 

  I'd enjoy more of the G1 femmes wether in fiction or figures. Preferably in figure form without them all being motorcycles or the same vehicle.

 

Yeah. I'd like to see her with a sleek sportscar mode. But the colors have to stay. Having her a luminescent greenish/blue goes hand-in-hand with the "moon" portion of her name.   And since she's a sharpshooter, perhaps a pair of sidearms like a six-shooter and a sniper rifle.

 

Demolishor, Cyclonus, and Tidal Wave from Armada/Energon and Evac from Cybertron.

 

The two sets of G1 clone "brother" guys. I remember thinking it was pretty clever that they looked the same in bot modes but had totally different alt modes. Preferred the Autobot versions simply since they had vehicular alt modes as opposed to the Decepticon versions having beast modes.

Also, G1 Hardhead from the Headmasters schtick.

 

I forgot the clone twins, they were pretty obscure and were favs of mine. Just recently had to sell my originals off. That was a sad day but I needed the funds.

 

Overload and his mini-con Rollout. I am kind of obsessed about them.

 

Wow... I haven't even heard of some of these. Of course, some of them aren't obscure at all. My favourite obscure transformer is Greasepit. (The micromaster with the gas station, anyone?) I'm not sure why. Possibly because unlike some of these characters, he's actually obscure, and I like him simply for that reason. His toy also looked pretty good for a micromaster.
