Mine is Devcon, the bounty hunter from the G1 cartoon. As a kid I expected him to return to the cartoon and ofcourse was disappointed when he never did. :(  And as an adult I find myself longing for a new mold Classic-verse version of him or a re-deco of Universe Cyclonus as him by Has/Tak. Heck, I'd even take a green version of the targetmaster as his sidekick Slizardo.

So, who is your favorite obscure Transformer Character?

Chromedome. I guess he is only semi-obscure overall, but I'd consider him obscure within the Sunbow cartoon.

My would be Tarantulas, he was such a great character back in Beast Wars. Loved the evil laugh and the moments he tried to double cross Megatron. Plus his transmetal form on the show was one of my favorite designs. Would had thought he might of show up at some point after the Beast Era ended, but guess not.

Heh, interesting mix of obscure, conditionally obscure (Sixshot's obscurity depends a lot on media and country, for example), and not obscure at all.

    I'll say... Animated Red Alert.

Having multiple toys and playing a major part in a series (much less multiple series) automatically disqualifies a TF from being "obscure."

My favorite obscure TFs are Igor:

    And a very different Devcon:

I always thought Rewind and Eject should have gotten more screen time.

Tarantulas appeared in quite a few episodes and had toy representation so I don't think he can be considered obscure.

Don't believe he was in many episodes but he had at least the three Animated deluxe figures and crossed over with the RotF figure so I wouldn't personally call him obscure.

Grimlock appeared in early G1 catoons, post movie cartoons, comics and had plenty of toy representation, maybe not as much as he deserved, so I think disqualifies him as being obscure.
