    Does Ironhide count as a "non-main" character? In ROTF and DOTM, his roles were pretty small, it seemed. If not, I'll have to say Wheeljack, since he's my second favorite Autobot in G1 (my first favorite is a tie between Optimus and Ironhide). As far as Decepticons go, I'd have to say Hatchet.

    w-w-w-wait! What!? do you not see the pure awesomeness that is Jolt!? or as others have referred to as the ROBO-Jesus or Chuck Norris! Jolt is single-handedly the most B-E-A-UTIFUL designs of the whole movie trilogy! he has a sick blue paint job, elctro-whips, and is eco-friendly ;)  hahahahah man i'm just messing with you, but seriously HE'S. THE. BEST. don't believe me just look at who my username is named after :p

    If Blackout counts as a main character in TF1, then I'd have to go with Bonecrusher as my favorite "not main character" for the 'cons.
