Who is the most powerful version of each character…relatively speaking?

    Who is the most powerful version of each character considering not who has the greatest feats, but who scales best to the relative top tiers of their series? For example, while the Michael Bay movies don’t have the most powerful feats, its version of Bumblebee is more comparable to Optimus Prime, a consistent top tier across series, than most others.
