here's the beast wars guys by that name.(though the pred is pronounced volfang)
Now I am SURE I'm not calling him Wolfang.
Should have just called him Weirdwolf.
Pffft, calling a character with their actual name, who really does that? I suppose I should start calling Window-Chest-Man "Optimus Prime" too, huh?
and the kid appeal character who the toy stores overstock "Bumblebee".
I would have rather they called him Razorclaw. Because of that, um, whatchamacallit, thing that he comes with. But I'll just live with Steeljaw.
I like the fact that he doesn't have wolf in his name. Talk about boring... This isn't Beast Wars, not every character that transforms into an animal HAS to have said animal species in their name. It's not like he transforms into one so what's the point in renaming him? Because he has a slightly a canid-looking face? Wolves aren't the only animals with long muzzles and pointed ears. >>;
Why not Weirdwolf? Or even Fangry? I'm down with Steeljaw. It has a smoothness to it that fits the character.
The most sensible post on this thread.
People can call him what they like, but he is RID 2015 Steeljaw.
Just like there was a steeljaw in 2011 and just like there was a steeljaw in 1986.
I grew up loving Generation One and I don't really want or need elements of it forced into this new show. I like the new stuff just the way it is and the old stuff even better
Why.... why would I call him something that he isn't? It's not as if Wolfang isn't an established character in his own continuity, anyway, plus I don't remember there ever being a Steeljaw in Transformers Prime.
The finale of RID is literally just Scramble City. Now your point is moot and we can riot in the streets. Yay!
Separate names with a comma.
