Is anyone else besides me kinda disappointed that the Dinobots will get minimal screentime? Or did everyone had already knew that this is what would happen in the movie. I hate how they showed them in the trailers making them look badass but they're...barely in the movie. lol I'm glad I seen in early review so I don't get my hopes up again. ...The movie isn't even out yet. Though they've already gotten more screen time the Jolt (Bit of irony, while I was typing this, I saw a AOE trailer)
Also, even if you are making a guess based on a potentially real review, label your crap with spoilers if you might be discussing a movie that no one here has seen yet.
Well it's not like the trailers set them out to be main characters it just seems like they come around for the final battle as long as we get badass moments with them then it's all good
Remember when not marking spoilers got people in trouble? Now it's just like "fuck whatever." Also, 15 minutes? If true, that's actually a pretty sizable ammount of screentime. For a two hour movie that's practically half an act. You know, considering there's a shitload of other stuff going on besides them.
I'd take that review with a grain of salt until the premier. But if it's true, no, I'm not disappointed. Mainly because I expected it, and second because I'm not a huge Dinobot fan, even in G1. I'd actually rather them show up at the end for an exciting climax, but leave the rest of the film for more Autobot development. It'll also keep them fresh. The Dinobots are a bit overused, so I don't think we need too much of them, just something to keep us satisfied. Smaug is one of my favorite CGI characters, and he only got about 20 minutes of screen time, and he turned out great!
I honestly wouldn't really pay attention to any reviews until tomorrow. I mean the official screening is tomorrow, why would you trust anything before hand. we can't determine if this is legit or not. just wait for tomorrow when we can gurantee the legitimacy of the reviews.
The movie is titled "Age Of Extinction". The implication that dinosaurs are pretty heavily involvedjust from the title might imply the importance. Especially, y'know, also Grimlock's leader class bio where it outright states he's a wildcard that could determine the survival of the Autobots. Lots of new accounts suddenly springing up lately, I must say... And in the event they were all correct?
Then people can complain about/discuss something they've actually seen, verses complaining about something that isn't confirmed. At least once the movie comes out there's something concrete to discuss. Forgive us if we're a bit jaded- it's not the first time a "review" has come out, the forum lost it's shit, and then later it was revealed as a fake.
And you know this how? You realize that review has been thoroughly analyzed in another thread over the last few hours, right? Nobody in that thread knows if it's real, so I'm curious how you possibly could. And don't say "it's on so and so website." There's been what turned out to be a fake review on our own website that was listed as News, and lord knows how many on Siebertron.
And the article does not even say that Dinobots have 15 minutes screentime, it says they are only in the last 15 to 20 minutes.... Which I am not surprised at all, we probably saw most of the dinobots and robot scenes in the trailers....
