What other iconic characters don't have movie counterparts yet? I think a majority of the G1 cast is accounted for, in toy form if nothing else.

Who would be your pick to include for the next film?

 

Thundercracker and Skywarp aaaaaand Cyclonus. I could go for some Rodimus.

 

Shoulds: Quintessons, Ultra Magnus, at least one fembot.

Would Like: Hot Rod, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Cyclonus, Bludgeon, Bulkhead

none. it's too late to bring in iconic characters, the movies have established themselves as something entirely new. any iconic character would probably end up as a waste anyway.

 

First, I want Swipe to return. With him, I'd like to see:

If Motormaster is again, like G1, going to be an OP counterpart. Would it be best if he is a bull nose truck aswell? Leave Galvatron to be the flat nose grey/silver truck.

 

Decepticons - Overlord, Tarn and the DJD

Autobots - Prowl and most of the IDW Lost Light crew.

 

It'll be cool if we get to see more wreckers in the movieverse

Honestly, I think they'll bring in Predacons for TF5. So then they have a reason to bring the Dinobots back.

Also, Ultra Magnus and maybe Red Alert.

I'd go sideways, and have a dimensional rift open bringing in Sideways, Noizemaze or Armada Starscream type character. He should be a Decepticon, but undevoted to the cause.

Maybe some RETCON shit like Starscream has been on earth and an imposter took his name. He's looking for JEtfire. Galvatron tells him Prime killed him. He remains a Decepticon, till he sees through Galvatron, and turns on him.

Have this character lead a drone army, but not be so committed. Have him be the reason the Bots don't get destroyed or lose while waiting for Optimus.

Give the Cons some more focus , a few plots the use effectively, and bring back Sideswipe.

 

Since the Dinobots are here, Galvy will need some serious animal muscle. So bring on the Predacons.

I'd also like to see Astrotrain, Cyclonus as second in command (reborn Sentinel Prime?), and Trypticon to round out the Decepticons.

On the Autobot side, the Dinobots are a must. I need an hour at least screen time of them. Hot Rod, Ultra Magnus, and Blur would be dope.

I'm also so done with faceless nameless drone armies. No thanks.
