So early this year it was reported that for the Bee solo movie they are aiming for a cheaper and smalelr movie, with a cheaper director at the helm, so since it wont be Bay (as far we know) who do you want to direct the movie, but keep mind it cant be a huge name director, since it said they are aiming for a cheaper director.

Dave Green would be a nice choice.

 

Nope, Dave Green has less experience in direct good action sequences, Jonathan Liebesman would be lot better than him.This guy knows how to create excitement action, believe him.Neil Blomkamp also would be great choice because he knows to use different and unique weapon system for combat sequences in his movie.

 

After seeing TMNT 2, I'm not sure about Dave Green. Yeah, he brought a lot of the nostalgia in that movie but I don't know....

Exactly. Would be decently cheap, has done decent films and he's experienced with action (Transporter, Hulk, Now You See Me)

 

Except for the hulk the other movies weren't that good.

Honestly no one. I just don't see a solo Bumblebee movie being any good. If it's an action movie who's he gonna fight??? Barricade again? There's only so much you can do without a supporting Autobot cast.

 

No one ever said that NONE of the other Autobots would be in the Bumblebee spin-off.
