I have no idea who this could be, but he has a very similar head design to jolt, so as unlikely as it is, im hoping for it to be jolt.

It's just a yellow Long Haul body with a new head, so I don't think it's really meant to be anyone important. Probably just a bot or con that whats-her-face sees dying in Chicago.

 

I think thats Squeeks before his spark is insert into that Vespa body. Ofcourse Moner`s character somehow does that...

I reckon its either a) sacrificial non named autobot who the TRF kill to explain their role or b) Bumblebee after getting primed a la Hot Rod in the animated film (he has primes red and blue around his body/shoulders)

Cogman is a headmaster (but in the sense of the Titanmasters, the robots that become the head) it's conceivable that he's controlling a body at the time.

 

I think I see tank treads around his neck area. I'm thinking Warpath.

 

It looks kinda like Hot Rod, based on the concept art we saw. He's got a similar head shape, the mouth area is similar. It could be his pre-lambo form. I'm hoping the realized that his face looked like sh#t and made some improvements. Also being yellow plays into the Bee's brother dynamic. I'm just spit-balling here.

 

Only thing similar is the plates around his mouth. This one has Jolt's head and Long Haul's body.
