Any characters, underrated or otherwise, you would have liked to see represented in Transformers Prime?
My picks are Blurr, Kup, Cliffjumper, Blitzwing, Barricade, Sixshot, and Nightbeat.

 

Tigerhawk for me, I think he would've been perfect for the Beast Hunters motif

 

I think that Sixshot should have been in the show as the secondary antagonist, similar to Predaking but maybe they could have had a rivalry as Shockwave’s experiments.

I would have liked to have seen Blitzwing too, or the Constructi/Combaticons. A Decepticon combiner could have been a big challenge for the bots.

 

Oh yeah, definitely. Who would voice Sixshot though? I think I would like to hear the voice of Issac C. Singleton Jr. coming out of his mouth plate. He's voiced Thanos in several media but he's voiced a character called Incognito who, like Sixshot, was created solely to be a weapon.

I wish that it would've been Ironhide instead of Bulkhead, as I've read was originally intended.

 

He was originally, they used his concept art for his deluxe toy.

It would have been interesting if Ironhide made it into the show along with Bulkhead.

I’d have also liked to have seen Perceptor have a dynamic with Ratchet as scientists, could have come up with some cool tech to combat the cons more effectively. Especially Arcee.

I thought it weird that Ultra Magnus travelled alone though, figured he’d have had at least two extra members for his crew. My choices would have been Lieutenant Springer and maybe weapons expert Roadbuster.

 

I’m not quite sure in all honesty, but I’d have been fine if he was a mindless brute. I know it goes against Sixshot as one of his main traits is being incredibly intelligent for a Cybertronian of his size. He’d definitely need a deep commanding voice though, even if he was a con of little words like Soundwave. I’d have liked to have seen them delve more into a Cybertronian martial art theme.

 

They're so many it's hard to choose.

 

Hot Shot, Demolisher, Tidal Wave with nods to there Armada selves in their design. and Hot Rod he should have been there instead of smokescreen.

 

Now that I think about it, Nolan North(Smokescreen's voice actor) could be a solid Hot Rod and Rodimus Prime. Nicely done!

 

Yeah this would have been really good. Could have given us a big tease/Easter egg to Rodimus Prime

Hot Rod: Heh...wouldn't that be something...

Skywarp and Thundercracker were 'almost' in the show, but they were replaced by Skyquake and Dreadwing, respectively for some reason (if I had to guess, it may have been due to one of the novels killing those two off, but I'm not sure when the book came out in relation to the show).

 

Hey we at least know what Barricade would’ve looked like thanks to the TFP Universe game.



As for me, I would also have wanted to see Barricade in the show, especially since he was at the height of his popularity at the time.

I’d also want a G1 Sharkticon
- good troop builder. Could also play into that crazy sharkticon body they gave Megatron in the toys.

 

After Bulkhead dies from his injuries sustained in Season 2, Wheeljack suffers from a moral crisis, and resorts to selling parts of Bulkhead’s body to General Motors, who attempts to build a better car out of the deceased Wrecker’s corpse.
Wheeljack immediately comes to regret his impulsive decisions, and his gradual denial of events results in him walking around wearing Bulkhead’s helmet and chin guard, as well as recycling Bulkhead’s sports ball into a costume for himself to wear, obviously one of Aligned’s many homages to G1, specifically Grand Galvatron. Paralleling Psycho, Wheeljack begins to act as Bulkhead, in an attempt to keep his friend alive in some way. Optimus Prime turns his shoulder to this and Arcee’s many war crimes, instead focusing his attentions on driving around in the wilderness by himself for hours and days on end.
