Do you think was perfect for its respective character? Was there a certain vehicle (Autobot only please-I will make a Decepticon one later) that you thought was a perfect choice? Please specify who you believe fits this description in your post. :)

My vote is for Mirage and Ironhide, both were spot on representations of their characters.

Now the question is, WHY did you pick Mirage and Ironhide?

I'm going to go with WheekJack, because he's a brilliant scientist (albeit a little cooky) and his vehicle mode (BMW I believe) is not too sporty, or tough looking. A smart looking vehicle, for a smart robot. Though I didn't think blue was his color. White and green would have been just fine for me.

Jazz is my next pick, bc it was probably the closest sports car today, that reminded of G1 Jazz. It was cool, and sport, and maybe a little hip.

I think I'll leave it at two for right now.

The Ferrari 458 Italia conveys great speed and sleekness, Mirage is Ezio Auditore Da Fucking Robot so it fits perfectly. My reasons for Ironhide are the same as everyone's in the badass vehicle thread.

I was also thinking that Mirage reminded me of Ezio a lot and Imagree that his vehicle mode was perfect.

Ironhide, Jazz, Sideswipe, and the Twins were incredibly well suited to their vehicle modes. the Topkick is a perfect fit for Ironhide's gruff, strong character, Jazz was full of spunk in the compact but sporty Solstice, Sideswipe is a thing of beauty, and the Beat/Trax have tons of personality.

I also like Prime, Bee, and Soundwave's vehicle modes but they don't feel as iconic to their characters as the others' do. Prime is, after all, a (custom painted) generic semi.

Optimus Prime, because the leader of the Autobots needs a huge vehicle mode & always needs his trailer. So since it is big enough to house two autobots,it's a great representation of the Autobot leader

It's not Cloverjolt, it's Stryker. And we don't know what he turns into yet. In fact I made a page on TFwiki for him, all the info is from stuff I've gathered on TFW: Stryker (DOTM) - Teletraan I: the Transformers Wiki - War for Cybertron, Transformers 3, Dark of the Moon, Transformers Prime, Toys

And in answer to to the question on this thread, I have to say I thought Que should've turned into an older vehicle, I mean he is an old guy, it would match his character more.

I thought all of this was a really nice description!!! And I have to agree, Sideswipe IS a thing of beauty!!!

But I also want to add in Jolt. Besides the obvious Volt car being his alt mode... The Chevy Volt is a really really nice blend of modern yet practical lines. I am really surprised how much I like the car for being a 4-door. And Jolt's actual blue color is just an amazing shade of blue, especially while in Bot mode. When surrounded at the air-base, his stance was just too cool looking. (Oh wait, I'm going too far with it... This is supposed to be car modes... ) Ok,.... I simply thought that was a nice looking car mode for him. Not too flashy, doesn't overly stand out in a crowd, but still sleek and a thing of beauty in it's own right ... Much like the characterization of Jolt. (Where's my HA Jolt Hasbro?!)

For Autobots, I think they handled most of the characters right... Jazz, Ironhide and Ratchet were great updates. Jazz is sleek and sexy enough, but not in-your-face like the other concept car Autobots... at least his vehicle mode could actually pass for a disguise. Ironhide and Ratchet were great, just because they looked so tough. Arcee as a motorcycle was an obvious choice, but still glad they made it. Sentinel Prime's firetruck mode was brilliant as well.

The characters I have a problem with are the 'concept car' autobots... Sideswipe, Jolt, The Twins... even Mirage was a little too flashy for me. I hated how after movie no.1, the element of 'robots in disguise' was completely thrown out the window...
