Ultra Magnus. He went out like a chump, barely put up a fight! To make matters worse, Daniel being the lil bitch that he is became friends with his killer
If Optimus Prime's death in the animated movie didn't make you tear up the first time then you don't have a heart.
Smokescreen from Armada. Very underrated scene that is hurt by the fact that they bring Smokescreen back later on (it's the same deal with Starscream).
Ironhide definitely was the worst for me as a kid. Later on, it was Scorponok and Terrorsaur from BW, just seemed like a waste.
Dinobot's death in Beast Wars wins hands down. Which was immediately followed up by Transmutate's death I mean, damn. Rewind's death in the comics was pretty hard hitting, although Ironfist's still takes the cake, aside from Marvel Scorponok.

Prowl from Animated and Dinobot were the hands down saddest. Both of them died heros and protecting others.
Dinobot definitely. It really shook me when i first saw Code of Hero. If he was going down, he did it his way: with honor! Armada StarScream is high on my list too.
