I can't believe I'm making a TF4 thread. I expect that it's true that Ehren Kruger will write TF4. DOTM showed us that he isn't very original. Whether this is because he has a lack of creativity or it was an attempt to make fans happy with the possible last film is irrelevant to this thread.

This thread is about: "If Ehren Kruger copies more plots for TF4, which plots would you like to see reused?" Maybe say how you would sew them together, as well.

They shouldn't reuse anything. These films are supposed to be new right? so new plots, TF: Prime managed it so the next trilogy can too.

Yeah.

If they're paying outrageous sums of money for someone to write the script, why should they just recycle the work of other people? Let's see something original. There's plenty of room to reference, homage, and adapt past concepts and characters, but there shouldn't need to be a reliance on them.


If it HAS to be old stuff over again, though, I want to see them use stuff from Warrior School, or go the entire other direction and use Afterdeath.

---I think the next step is humans using cybertronian tech (maybe from all the dead TFs in Chicago) to become masters or pilots. The villain could be Scorponok/Zarak leading a terrorist group and a few straggling Decepticons.

 

it would be cool if they got leige Maximo as the main villain. and his first plans are to corrupt optimus's mind to betray the autobots and maybe kill BB or someone else to bring in a new character like hot shot or cliffjumper and after he is done messing with optimus's he reveals himself to the world and wrecks havoc on the world. then he realizes megatron was a failure and sees that he would rather bring shockwave back to life and make him more stronger. as optimus starts to feel normal again after leige Maximo corrupts his mind, he and the fellow autobots are ambushed and imprisoned. leige Maximo then steels optimus's matrix to then gain more knowledge on the autobot plans so that he has full control. he also uses the matrix to find where the key of vector sigma is.
