It's been over 5 years since the Generations Thrilling 30 figures came out. Which ones still remain thrilling to you? Here are ones that I still like:
    • Brainstorm
    • Rhinox
    • Rattrap
    • Arcee
    • Windblade
    • Scoop
    • Waspinator
    • Sandstorm
    • Legends Optimus Prime
    • Swerve
    • Tankor
    • Thundercracker
    • Cosmos
    • Minicon Assault Team
2013-2014 was a transitionary period for Generations, coming off the cheapening that started to be felt in 2012. So while some Thrilling 30 figures aged well to me, some did not. The ones I listed above are the ones I intend to keep in my collection.

I have a soft spot for the line. At the time i went more completionist than usual with it, and the pack in Dark Cybertron comics helped make it feel more special. Some figures are weaker than others, but it was a fantastic line that really tried to grab a little bit from a wide range of the franchise's history.

Springer and Waspinator are two of my favorite figures. Swerve and Tailgate are great. I like Skids and Trailcutter largely because they reproduce the IDW designs so well. Armada Starscream and Cosmos are very good. Rhinox is probably as good a non-masterpiece Rhinox as we'll see, without being a terrifically great toy.

    Of what I have:
    Main display: Springer, Brainstorm
    In storage: Bumblebee, Armada Starscream
Other figures from that era that are in my main display: ROTF Lockdown, RTS Lugnut, United Jazz, HFTD Breacher, RTS Tracks
Armada Starscream is the one that aged the worst, Bumblebee is still pretty good I just don't quite like him enough to have him in my main display. Springer and Brainstorm are two near-perfect figures that aren't going anywhere soon. I plan to pick up more T30 figures when I get the chance, I'd particularly love to get the Beast Wars guys and Skids.

Rhinox and Tankor are still two of my all-time favorite figures.

Rattrap, Waspinator, and Sky-Byte are all solid but nothing spectacular IMO. They aren't going anywhere, though.

I sold Skids, Trailcutter, Skrapnel, and Legends Starscream awhile back because they went up a bit in value, but they were all fun and I kinda miss them.

It’s weird how 5 years feels so long ago yet the toys don’t feel like they are from that long ago.

Springer brainstorm and arcee are the only ones i still have and honestly all 3 could be replaced if i see TR brainstorm and siege springer cheap. Arcee may he replaced by the earthrise figure. Time will tell

For me, Thrilling 30 was a low point, but I do remember some decent sales where I ended up with a lot of figures. I am a G1 guy, so that may skew my opinion a bit. While not many of them are great, ones that I will still display are:
Sandstorm (solid figure, I think I ended up with three)
Skids and Crosscut (I'd still love a more G1 Skids, but he does look a bit more heroic, there are some posability issues IMO with the legs though)
Nightbeat (Not great, but better use of those giant hooves than Bumblebee. I still need to shapeways head adapter for the headmaster)
Arcee (better than TR for me)
Scoop (well, its Scoop and has TMs, so its got those things going for it)
    Whirl
    Roadbuster (both decent reps IMO)
Springer is still good, and with the newer release, I have no issues having a couple of each in the display
Jetfire is somewhat fun, Metroplex is a huge anchor.
Legends were pretty solid in this line, and seemed like a decent value

The thing that killed the line for me was the deluxes. Between this and the FOC line (which I damn near skipped), deluxes were just generally turds for articulation, size, value, kibble. Other than the voyagers and (Stupidly) Shockwave and the Insecticon, FOC was an easy pass.

A lot of them are still great, and very inventive in their designs. The only reason why I'd replace any is for size or maybe stylistic reasons.

Waspinator is still amazing. I quite like Rhinox too.
Others that are still great: Arcee and Fun Pub Paradron Medic, Chromia, Skids, Trailbreaker and Hoist, Swerve and Gears, Cosmos, Roadbuster, Whirl. Sandstorm is a cool toy but he's no G1 Sandstorm.

I only have a handful of T30 but Arcee is one I'll have a hard time replacing. I wouldn't mind trying to find a Sandstorm or Whirl someday.

Trailcutter with feet upgrades and Strengthen Equipment is awesome. I guess I had to make him more "thrilling", but upgraded, he's fantastic with my Siege bots.
