I want to know which of the Japanese TF Generations books show off the entire PCC toyline(not the United EX repaints by Takara, but the ones released by Hasbro). Also if someone could tell me which of these books show the Dark of The Moon toyline. I would greatly appreciate it.

I never knew PCC even had a story line. I'd be interested to know this also.

It kinda doesn't. It's just that the Japanese tf generations books are notorious for covering TF toylines that were released in the US and japan

Let's see, it looks like the Power Core Combiners are in Generations 2013 which shows both Takara United and Hasbro versions.

Dark of the Moon looks to be covered by the 2011 volumes 1 & 2 as well as the 2012 book

Please excuse my ignorance, but what are these books, and where can I find them?

They are toy guides basically. These books show pics of different TF toylines. They are released exclusively in japan. You can purchase them in Amazon or ebay (but I recommend purchasing them in amazon because it's cheaper)

PCC really didn't have a story to speak of. Supposedly, it was actually branching off of ROTF or something in how PCC technology was developed from the combining experiment that was Skids and Mudflap's ice cream truck alt. mode

And that's literally it as far as any narrative goes, aside from PCC Icepick bizarely being implied to be the previous form for DOTM HA Basic Icepick as the latter's bio mentions the destruction of that figure's PCC drone team...even though PCC Icepick didn't have drones and wasn't repainted to be the core of a 5-pack like his wavemate Leadfoot.
