Normally I order from BBTS but since Prime Smokescreen is out of stock I have to go elsewhere. Between Robot Kingdom and ToyArena which is the better, more reliable online store? Thanks!

 

Price/cost differences not an issue?

I've ordered several times from RK, and haven't had any issues, and will continue ordering from them in the future. Some board members have had issues with them, from what I've read, though. Generally the cheapest alternative if you're in Asia or certain parts of Europe.

I ordered once from Toy Arena, no problems as well. They tend to have higher prices than even other North American e-tailers, I think. Don't forget to look for the most current discount code for them, should save you 5% IIRC.

 

Neither is perfect, but if you're in the US i'd say just order from Toy Arena and be done with it.

...and yeah, as you can see by my sig, i was one of the ones who had some issues with RK, although it pertained to third party items, and apparently replacement parts are now on the way.

 

Yeah, I was thinking about your experience, actually, haha. Although I think at least 50% of what happened to you is the fault of TFC.
