So, for the purposes of a short poll, I'm staying away from characters who have non-IDW representation in either HasTak or other 3P form (Megatron, Whirl, etc). However, I'm including a Deluxe-sized Minimus Ambus, if only because the minifigure was more of a bone thrown to fans than a real representation.

Also not including Tesaurus & Helex since MMC seems to have them in the pipeline, but added Nickel.

Also: tell me who I missed! I read TAAO and exRID but not religiously like I read MTMTE.

My dream: a remold of Seraphicus as Dominus Ambus & Magnus, and a Cyclonus/Pharma set of MMC mold-mates (depending on what MMC does with the Jaegertron Cyclonus).

 

I need a rung and a proper Minimus Ambus with proper Ultra Magnus armor.

 

Pharma was my vote, but I'd like these guys as well:

Minimus Ambus with Magnus armor (I need Minimus to be at least Mecha Manga sized so the armor would be pretty large)

It was a close race between Nautica and Rung, but Nautica won out for the quantum awesomeness of her alt mode. However every one of those bots on the poll would be bought if someone put some good effort into them. MMC doing a Tyrest would be undeniably awesome. However I hope they wouldn't do the drill holes though.

The six I personally want the most

 

A non-headmaster Nightbeat, Hardhead and Brainstorm (with briefcase). Nautica, Chromia and Rung. A headmaster Sunstreaker with Bob the insecticon. An Iron Factory Whirl with all the guns and weapons IF has made so far. Nickel and Deathasaur. Non-Combiner First Aid and Swindle. Moonracer.

 

The rest of the Wreckers ie Pyro and Rotorstorm

 

Alt mode wise i'm pretty good without any of them as i anticipate G1 characters with similar alt modes will get made sooner or later, so i picked the one character i would like to see more of at this point.

and I want a conversion kit to turn Combiner Wars First Aid into him.

I've seen it as a custom already. We just need a head, chest and some stickers.

 

Damn. Such a tough list. I see the majority want a Nautica and that would be great but I personally voted for Rung. I enjoyed his charter a lot and he needs a proper figure (even if it won't transform  ).

Honestly though there are so many other characters that need proper representations of themselves. I know the OP took figures off that have hasbro or takara versions but. . .

We need a MTMTE Megatron, a proper skinny legged Whirl, and a good MTMTE Drift. The rest of the Wreckers would be great too: Pyro and Rotorstorm.

MMC has a lot of really great designs but because they're using them for so many retools they kinda suffer. MMC Whirl and Cyclonus look good enough to full gaps but they don't have that perfect comic aesthetic that I want.

Also I'm surprised that so many people said they want new Magnus Armor. I know that a larger size Minimus Ambus would make Leader Magnus look out of scale but I think the Hasbro/TT toy did a pretty good job.

And I know someone mentioned Brainstorm too. Did a lot of people not like the Generations Brainstorm because he was too tall? I guess if he was undersized it would scale better but overall the design of Hasbro's toy is spot on.

Either way I hope all of these toys are made at some point in time. For me my collection is solely based on movie toys and IDW so the more love we get from those 'universes' from 3rd party the happier I am.

Hasbro is making a Deluxe Nautica. It was in the Transmissions Podcast leaks.

 

Yeah I am perfectly fine with Hasbro Generations Brainstorm and Ultra Magnus to be honest. They're pretty perfect in size.

Brainstorm is the same size as the iGear Raptor seekers. So all good there.

So yeah. MMC - we need a proper articulated voyager scaled Nautica please!

Nice to see the results so far reflect my exact interests too. Nautica and Rung by far are the two I want most as well.

If anyone ever does Tyrest I hope he gets retooled in to a Liege as well, that would be perfect. Both their body types are very similar; wide shouldered guy with cloak-like design and big horns on his head.
