If they're not going to go back to Hasui era sensabilities, they can just do recolors/retools until the end of time. Diaclone Ironhide, Deep Cover, Glyph, or Slicer I guess? But if they're going to do something new _and_ good, Mirage or Brawn or Astrotrain would be great choices.

 

It's strange that we still haven't gotten a Slicer yet, while we have Deepcover, and those other guys.
Especially since Slicer can do double duty as SG Wheeljack.

Although I would be happy with any of these -- well, Arcee isn't an important character to me and neither is Hoist, and I'm perfectly happy with some 3rd party options -- I must admit that with several of those I would want strong toy elements: toyheads for Blaster and Trailbreaker, and toy/comic colours for Galvatron. Also, I like PM Optimus because of the Marvel comics and a MP would resemble the Masterforce Ginrai, a design I like only marginally more than the original toy, so it wouldn't be the PM Optimus that I'd want.


Of those listed Blaster would be my absolute favourite release (but he must have a toyhead, which I doubt TT would do).

But I would also jump with joy for a Perceptor. And I'm surprised at the lack of MP Perceptors from the 3rd party world (FT Tesla is thanks to his powerful built more an IDW AHM Perceptor than the blocky G1 scientist).

 

I'd love to see a mirage then maybe a jazz. I think jazz would be an excellent choice after takara mirage instead

Probably will never happen, but I'd love to see Runamuck and Runabout get the MP treatment.

 

I think they have a decent chance. Real car alt-mode, not too big, and they're easy repaints of each other. Twice the sales from one mold! I'll be surprised if we never get them

Runabout was a Lotus Esprit, Runamuck was a Pontiac Trans Am. Same transformation scheme but different molds.

Also being the definition of D-list characters they have zero chance of getting MP toys so prepare to be surprised, I guess?
