Me and my brother are going to catch an early screening for Transformers One tomorrow night, so I've decided to bring along my APC Toys Dark Master for the viewing. But I'm curious, which Transformers figure are you taking to see Transformers One?

 

None. I never take such a risk. I love my plastic crack too much to take chances like that.

In all fairness, Metroplex and Fortress Maximus already need boosters as it is. Tidal Wave will need to sit down front. Somebody's gotta pay!

Yeah, feels appropriate to bring a figure to a showing.. Uhm, I brought SS-ONE PRIME... Feels just as embarssing as the actual thing.

 

Update: I know that I'm going to sound like an absolute hypocrite here but my mind has been changed, I'm going to be taking the studio series Bumblebee movie Megatron with me to see Transformers One tonight. I feel like I also have a personal connection to him and that he's very easy to carry.

 

None. Never been one to take toys to films with me, even as a child. I'm there to watch a movie, not play. Besides, my hands are better served stuffing my mouth with popcorn.

This isn't some hot take, either. You all do what you want to do. If you feel comfort or joy in taking an action figure with you to the cinema, by all means, do it. It just isn't and has never been for me.

 

I will say, if you folks are taking your toys and then fussing with them during the movie so that folks around you have to hear the clicks and other transformation related noises while they're trying to pay attention to the film on screen they paid for, that's super rude.

 

Taking my SS TF One Optimus, he is gonna sit on my shoulder via a little harness he wears and he has a little popcorn and soda that I designed and 3D printed. Also published the files as well, they have the standard handles that transformers use so you can give them to any of your transformers.

I took Cog-changer Airachnid with me to the Early Access Event last night. Not because the figure is special to me, it’s just that they were selling her at the concession stand and I thought “Why not?”

 

I think my GF would leave me if I tried to bring a toy to the theater.

Leave your girlfriend. Just kidding, just enjoy the movie with your girlfriend it would probably be better that way and a person can probably provide more companionship then a toy anyways.

 

My wife wouldn’t leave me but she’d roast me for all eternity.

When I went to see it yesterday, I saw a lot of people wearing transformer t-shirts.

I saw a photo of someone who brought a big ol' matrix.

I would have brought studio series one optimus.

 

While I think this is cute, I'm coming straight off work and am not hauling one around all day.

I suspect my gf would roll her eyes a bit but embrace it if I tried though.

 

Oh man this reminds me whenever I watched TF on the telly as a kid I would always bring my toys to watch with me lol.

I almost took SS112, but then remembered I'm an adult.  

 

Due to picking up a package on the way and a lucky find at Gamestop, I had the Fractured Freindship pack and SS Springer with me, but I didn't set them out anywhere, I didn't even think about it till afterwards.
