After the latest events from regeneration where does your dreadwing cyberverse or voyager stand with? The autobots or the decepticons? He has now changed shelves in my collection to stand with the autobots and prime himself where I think he belongs.  

Where does everyone else have him? And what your opinions of his demise? Do you wish he had accepted primes offer and gone back with them to go stand against the deceptions?

 

He clearly stated he was NOT an Autobot.

 

Yep, he said he would not betray his people so he's a Con and is maintaining his spot next to Megatron on my Con shelf.

I do wish he had accepted Prime's offer though. The way he died was just stupid. He was an idiot for not putting off his revenge a little bit (he could have waited for an opportune time), and Megatron was an idiot for killing him. If he had known DW gave away the Forge than maybe I could understand it. As it was, he just wouldn't stand down from killing Starscream, which Megatron had more cause to do than anyone.

 

Dredwing: Betraying my kind is not the same as accepting yours.

In the end, he was neither. Before uttering the line above, he stated that the Decepticon cause was one he no longer wished to be apart of. He returned to the ship only to have his revenge.

 

On the Con shelf, about to bring his sword down on Starscream and Megs in the background aiming at Dreadwing with his fusion cannon.

 

As Transformer states, Dreadwing no longer believes in his cause, and thus no longer believes in his faction, but there is far too much bad blood between him and the Autobots to accept them. As such, though he wears the insignia, he no longer considers himself Decepticon, nor will he consider himself Autobot.

Thus, you can put him on either shelf. Have him stay with the Decepticons, or indulge an alternate scenario and put him with the 'Bots.

 

It was Bumblebee who killed Skyquake after all. Starscream was only the one who desecrated Skyquake's body.

He was a con he specifically said that he didn't accept the Autobot ways.

 

I think Dreadwing would take more offense at the desecration. Killing an opponent in combat would be honorable. Mutilating the corpse is not.

Is Starscream an Autobot for betraying Megatron and helping the Autobots on occasion? No.

 

He's a decepticon

putting him on the autobot shelf is pretty much ignoring his character entirely

 

He's a part of the Abandondacons.

 

Maybe whenever Thundertron comes in he won't have to be alone. I could put DW and SQ with him.

neither, having disgraced himself as a Decepticon yet unwilling to further dishonor himself and his brother by joining the enemy.

But for all intents and purposes, I would think his loyalties still lie with the Decepticon cause.
