Which character from any era had the largest amount of bad figs?

I was looking at a certain figure of mine (and I will get to who it is in just a moment) when I wondered the question, which character has had the worst toys produced? Perhaps not even from just the one continuity, but perhaps consistantly bad over each era?

Now, the bot in question that sparked this topic is movieverse Ironhide. I own a few different versions, such as the original voyager, ROTF voyager (boxed and only bought for completion), 2 versions of the legends (and one was only bought in the new Desert Decimation 4 pack because I wanted Bonecrusher), Rambohide and the new HFTD deluxe.

I hate all of them. Voyager is crap, legends are crap, Rambohide looks better, but I didn't realize he was a retool and had the same basic transformation. Honestly, the suckiness really makes me hate the character as well. I think I even groan just hearing the name Ironhide now because it conjures up thoughts of, mainly, the lame ass voyagers from the movieverse

As far as crap figures over an entire range, Megatron seems to get screwed around a lot. Voyager Megs from ROTF and Animated Leader Megs are probably the best of the most recent, but I am hoping the new Generations changes that.

So who else? Either a single era or of all time?

I totally agree with Ironhide. He has never really had a stand out figure in any line.

Megatron has had lots of good figures - Henkei and Animated leader are two that spring instantly to mind.

I would add Springer to the list. I don't count Warbot Defender, and even if I did, I'm not a huge fan of the figure. Hasbro has never really given us anything to replace the chrome worn brick from G1.

Another is Ratchet, although I am quite happy with his Animated versions, although a decent G1 mold wouldn't go amiss (btw, I think the Universe/Henkei Ironhide & Ratchet are merely average. Their vehicle modes suck due to jigsaw lines and their robot modes are compromised by the misaligned head).

Beast Machines never got Optimus Primal right IMHO. The most close was the Air Attack Primal Maximal released during RID.

I agree that Iron Hide has never had great toys. The best were the movie Recon Hide and Universe/Classics.
