Aside from Bumblebee (because I doubt he'll bite it) which characters (not counting humans) will be slain by the Autobot leader? I say Drift or Hound.
Since Hound is my #1 contender for the mysterious beyond, I guess he may fall to the hand of Prime. However, he appears to die much earlier, so I think it's more likely for him to die in a confrontation with TRF. If an Autobot dies by Prime, my bet is on Crosshairs. The bot hasn't had that much of an alt mode change and he seems to survive relatively late, which is when I am sure that the confrontation with Optimus will take place. Drift is unlikely because not only is he getting a whole new vehicle mode but he also has an incarnation in the TV show running along side the films — something I'm sure boosts his popularity. I would hope Cogman and the McClaren bot will die, but that seems unlikely because there isn't anything hinting at it and they are new although, Que died whilst being new and so did Jetfire. I just figure they'll be around for a bit in order to sell their toys.
I'm thinking more of Hound than Crosshairs. When it came to filming, Crosshairs was seen quite frequently on set while Hound rarely appeared. There's the chance Hound barely turns into vehicle mode since I don't recall him doing it much in AOE, but I still don't take it as a good sign. There's also the chance that despite Crosshairs appearing frequently, he could died late into the film. Worse case scenario though, they both die.
What I'm thinking is that Hound will die early on in a confrontation between the Transformers and TRF (Bumblebee and Hound were apparently being pursued by both Decepticons and TRF) but Crosshairs will last into the climax (which I believe will involve the fight between Optimus and Bee) and be killed there.
Regardless of who actually dies, I don't think Hound will die early in the film. He can be seen rolling in Newcastle, England along with Hot Rod, Bee, Crosshairs, and Drift, and if I remember correctly I think he was supposed to be in a scene filmed in the British countryside where the military is on a mission.
We know at least hound's body makes it to the final battle. Cade was seen on a green prop made to look like hound's body
I say Drift, because that will make it feel like the bigger betrayal. In AoE he was most inspired by and loyal to OP. Crosshairs, on the other hand, complained more, etc.
More like popularity armor that insures he'll never get killed off permanently these days. (Excluding IDW) But despite that, it doesn't mean that he won't get severely beaten since in pretty much every continuity writers seems to love making Bumblebee go through a whole bunch of crap. Heck he could even still die, though if that does happen it most likely will only be a short temporary one much like in the Season 3 finale of Prime.
Yet again,none of the the 5 age of extinction autobots will die,this photo is in Stonehenge and it looks like this is where the final speech will take place.
