I do not know much about PCC figures which are the rare ones?

I have found Grimstone , Steamhammer and Heavy Tread.

What are some of the others?

Skyhammer. Spastic. That's about it. Maybe Waterlog and his mate.

Have you found it recently? Like a Heavytred at Marshalls?

Grimstone seems to be the most sought after, but I wouldn't consider any of them "rare" per se.

I found Heavytread at DD's Discounts which is owned by ROSS (DD's Discounts is like Ross but for African Americans).

I found Grimstone and Steamhammer at Ross , TJ Maxx and Marshalls in the past week. And 2 weeks before in Borders.

Undertow is the only rare one AFAIK.

Also, rare is relative. A bunch of these guys hit the UK, just like Windcharger.

Undertow is very rare. Not released in the UK or America. I think only Asia got him, which would've been great news if I was there!

FYI, all of these showed up on hasbrotoyshop.com for a little while. They lasted longer then the grapples and winchargers but not by much. They were produced though so they had to go somewhere. Crying shame if it was Asia.

Not that he's very desired since it's a redeco of the less-than-popular Mudslinger mold, but Salvage also isn't easy to find.

The last two two-pack waves (Undertow, Salvage, Heavy Tread, Skyhammer) and last two five-pack waves (Grimstone, Steamhammer, Over-Run/Spastic) all qualify as "uncommon" at least due to the lack of a major retail presence. I'm guessing they won't qualify as legitimately "rare" for another year or so, or whenever the supply runs out at the TJ Maxx/Ross/Marshalls-type stores.

Picked him up here in Canada on the shelf at Walmart. Only seen a few, and when they were gone, that was it.

I think finding Heavy Tread and Undertow at retail, discount retailer or not, is news. I don't ever remember hearing of the last wave of PCC (Overrun for that matter either) ever hitting b&m stores. Pics would be great if you have them:)

Undertow, Salvage, Heavytread, Skyhammer, and the Over-Run five pack never hit physical retail in the US. Last I checked Over-Run is the only one of that group that can still be had from HTS, while Skyhammer can be bought as a single from Entertainment Earth, or as a case pack with Heavytread and some rerun figures. Undertow is the only one that's really not available at first-run retail anywhere in the US currently.

I know all of the reports of PCCs at Ross, etc. so far have been Wave 4 five packs and Scout Waves 1 and 2, but I'm fully expecting a little down the road for Scout Waves 4 and 5 as well as Over-Run to turn up, because there absolutely must be a pile of those stalled in the US distribution chain that are gonna have to go someplace. Those last new Scout molds are really good, so it'd be great if more people had access to them on the cheap.

Heavytread and Skyhammer had a limited retail release here in the UK, and they were discounted almost immediately (£1.99 IIRC?).

Grimstone too was released at some discount stores but he's not worth the hype IMO, although he too count be found for a bargain (£7-ish?)

    This!!
Not only because it's the response to the OP, but because this is exactly what happens to me with the name: I only remember Waterlog, and in my head that's the name of the boat, not the minicon.

What? But I saw him in a few stores here in Stockholm, Sweden where I live. We usually don't get much, weird.
They were having a clearance, so I bought two PCC even though I'm not into them. I should have picked up an Undertow too, if only for the old-school deep diver helmet and aquatic altmode.
