I think it's because some of the tracks' titles's are riddled with spoilers.

    Say like 'Galvatron's Revenge'. I don't know.

I am puzzled by this as well. With the last two movies it released around this time... Odd.

Could the pushed back release dates in place be preventing the reveal of the score? Just wondering...

Most likely, the studios feel that that 'static' in the background is a no-sell, and we'll probably get it several months from now.

They did that with Jablonsky's score on the first Transformers (didn't come out until that fall!).

I get the feeling that the score will be released way later down the line, like the first movie's score. I remember the first release being a rare find, as Amazon sold it for 20 bucks new when it first came out.

20 bucks well spent, I must say.

Honestly, I'm surprised there's not even a listing for a "The Album" compilation of songs by now. Maybe DotM's "The Album" with it's FOUR songs that were actually in the movie was the straw that broke the Camelbot's back?

Regardless, it's really odd that the only information available about any kind of soundtrack... is that people are working on one. Soundtracks are usually released (in the U.S.) on the Tuesday before the movie's release, or the Tuesday immediately after. It's not a good sign that we don't even have a solicitation or a mention on the official site, iTunes, or amazon by now.
