It is known Transformers Prime The game exists in Season 2. So, where do you think? My guess, pretty early in the season.

 

I'm gonna say it doesn't.

Unless, you know, nobody in the show just happened to never mention a giant meteorite of Dark Energon and Thunderwing, and helicopter/tank Vehicons just happen to never show up on screen.

Knowing Hasbro they're going to try and force it into being the same continuity anyway.

 

Hasbro can try to cram it into show canon all they damn well please, it ain't gonna work, no sir. It's an offshoot continuity, plain and simple.

Beyond the whole 'nobody mentions Thunderwing' thing, I gather that the game has Starscream, Airachnid and Dreadwing allied with the 'Cons all at the same time, which pretty much eliminates any chance it has of fitting into the show.

well the review of the game said that the autobots are scatered around the globe then they are all together so i would say around the begining of the series.

I'm not saying that SoundPulse feels the overwhelming need for the game to be considered canon to the show, but why do some people feel the need to try and cram in video games into chronological order with other media? Why can't video games based on certain franchises just be separate? Why can't they just be 'there'? If they genuinely fit nicely into other worlds, that's fine. But if there's glaring issues, then why bother?

Do people try and cram all three Madagascar films, the television series, the holiday special, the three Madagascar video games and two Penguins video games into a nice, neat, organized list? Do people try to squeeze the Iron Man video game into the live-action MCU universe? "It takes place before X but after Y, even though character A shows up and character B dies in the movie, so it just sort of kind of makes sense if you squint and ignore plot points #1, #7 and #12". Why can't they just be separate, off-shoot games meant for fun? Alternate universes, if you will. This TFP game is merely taking the characters we know and love and putting them in a new adventure that doesn't necessarily fit in with the show. The games would do things that the show creators feel they don't want to do, just like the show does things that wouldn't necessarily fit into a game. The game is just 'there'. It's a part of the franchise, but not really linked with anything in particular in any specific order.

 

Was there any point in the whole show where Starscream is among the Decepticon ranks at the same time as Dreadwing?
I'm gonna agree with TylerMirage here. The Ben 10 games are well known as non-canon.

Because people desire order, my dear Tyler, not matter how improbable, unimportant or menial as it may be. Without order, without some governing factor to attempt to create sense out of the nonsensical, there would be chaos, and with chaos, there will be the total collapse of mind, body and civilisation as we know it, to the point of utter destruction and ruination!

It's an alternate continuity like the Armada PS2 video game is to the Armada Cartoon and Armada comics.

 

Since Airachnid's already with the 'Cons and Starscream hasn't left yet it means it's between "Metal Attraction" and "Partners".

But most likely not canon at all.

 

I do not feel the need, it's sorta like how I believe the DBZ movies never happened in the show since nobody ever mentions a villian that almost killed Goku. I say this , if anything, would have to happen early on if it was in the show, but I truly believe it does not exist.

I recall the game staff saying that the game would happen around "early Season 2".
