Where can I buy energy effect accessories like these?

    I've been searching for a while and I have no idea if these are available as standalone accessories. Or if there's something like it I can't find it using a general "toy energy effect accessory" search on google.

    I know the second one comes with the figures but every once in a while I see something that looks like these in various pictures.

    Can of Beams may make some piece like that occasionally. There are also a ton of Tamashii effect sets, but none with something quite like what you're looking for.

    The ones with Havok are Hasbro's own MArvel Legends standard energy accessory. IIRC they've come out with two versions of the Scarlet Witch and maybe a Doctor Strange or two?

    I'll also be getting some stuff from Can of Beams when I have time and money.
