See the thing about reviews is that they are subjective. I am not the person giving the review so it is very possible that my opinion is going to differ from theirs. I have been working at a theater since 2007, I have seen vasts amounts of movies and have read many reviews for them. Some were spot on, some were bias, some just sucked ass. That's the beauty of opinion. And that's why I don't take reviews into account. The only review that matters to me is my own.

 

That's funny, I'm the opposite. I often find the highly praised movies to, well, just down right suck. Biggest suck fests for me were Shakespeare in Love, Watchmen, and Lost in Translation. Utter garbage.

Of course, there have been some surprises. Two that come to mind were Kick Ass and 500 Days of Thunder.

Yeah i'm the complete opposite of you. I find myself LOVING the movies critics hate and hating the ones they love. Every person has different taste so I don't rely on someone else opinion of something like movies anymore.

 

wednesday or saturday (i never been out after work so this will either be a first or i'll try my best to wait until saturday and not spoil it for myself)
EDIT: oh i can watch it at 21:05 on tuesday in incredible 3d on vue (but my brain would get tired at that time)

 

I have no idea when exactly I'll see DOTM, but for sure I will see it.

 

Principally when Barricade is in the movie, right?

 

May wait a week possibly, as I know that the theater in the first few days will be jam packed.
