Looking at shmax, 25% of my collection is Takara releases while the rest are hasbro.

 

100% Hasbro, 0% Takara

 

98% is Hasbro to Takara being 2% in my collection.

 

I'd say about 20% Takara, 10% 3rd Party, and the rest Hasbro. Lately my POL has been building with nothing but 3rd Party (and a few import figures), but these $5 off coupons have really got me buying a lot of retail stuff to make up for it.

Dollarwise I would say most of my money goes to Takara and 3rd Party stuff though.

I've got about a 80 something toys now...maybe close to 100, but only two of my figures are Takara. DOTM Skywarp and Henkei Dark Skyfire. I honestly don't dig Takara stuff. They don't come with enough to warrant the price...and the claim that they look better than Hasbro? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Henkei Megatron is about the sole Takara rep in my collection that I can think of, and he is mainly there because BBTS had him cheap for a short time (around $30)/

I've no idea! Granted, do we count Takara only stuff, and do we count non-Transformers Takara stuff, because my Braves would tip the balance if they do...

 

More than 50% Takara.

 

Closer to 50% Takara, I'd say. Lots of my pre-Movie TFs are from Takara and I bought quite a few Henkei/United, too.

Way less than 10% Takara. I only bother with their stuff if its either cheaper or looks that much better to justify the silly prices. Oh, or if its something Hasbro wont do, or would do badly.

As a result I own all of four Takara pieces. Vector Prime and Henkei Megatron. Both bought for less than the retail of the domestic versions. Then Encore Starscream and Prime because they were cheap at a toy show and I was ticked I just missed a Megatron by a half second.

 

I have mostly Hasbro toys. But that's mostly because I missed out on the Henkei releases. I generally prefer the Takara versions.

 

Of all the TF's I have (which is about 1300 or 1400) I probably only own about 20 or so Takara figs the rest are Hasbro,but not because of not liking them but due to lack of money,if I was rich or something I would buy nothing but Takara as they go all out with there TF's better paint schemes,brighter colors,and just cooler figures.

 

You have 1300/1400 figures and complain about the lack of money?? jeez
