Adobe Reader Tub Thumper-drum sim Droidlight-uses the led from the camera as a flashlight. I'm on an original Droid, though.
Gamboid and Gensoid; a GBA and Genesis emulator respectively. Flixter is a great free app for showing you the movies that are in your area.
Zedge is good for free wallpapers and random ringtones. Google Goggles is cool too, it uses the camera to scan stuff and look it up online, as well as show where different places are in relation to your position.
