Obviously there are so many figures and companies to love, but let's see if we can put aside that blinding addiction and *really* name that one figure that you love the most along with why.

To get the ball rolling; Iron Factory's Tyrant (Megatron). I honestly never had a decent G1 Megatron as a kid, and after falling in love with IDW's work I thought I'd give it a try and it doesn't disappoint. Looks beautiful, great proportions and really cool accessories. That's all.

    You?

MMC's Sky Lynx. It's the most unique mold I own.

Of all time that i have owned:
    FT Scoria X

The full paint, the amazing colors and bling, the awesome bot and dino mode, the transformation. He was/is my favorite.
Sadly, i sold him as it had to be done for selling all together for alot of money which i needed, and also, because none of the modes is compact, and i didnt have the room to properly display them all together.
Looking back, i would have prefered keeping Scoria and Sever ONLY, and trying to get GP Superator chrome (or not), and stick with 3 dinos instead of 5, and still made alot of money on it.

    Favorite that i still own
    FT Roadking

Fully Painted, FULLY articulated, Full truck with trailer into one compact robot, amazing engineering, amazing look for both bot and alt mode, and very compact (super important for my current collection)
My current collection revolves around compact transformers in both modes, and this bot is the best. Also, best ever engineering.

    Again? Ok, why not...

    FT Stomp
    ...displayed with his Dibot bros

I'm a sucker for Dinobots and while the other 4 (5) have minor flaws, Stomp just does everything right. Simply an amazing figure!

There was a thread like this a while back... but also what's the point of collecting toys if not to have good answers for this question?

Anyway, my pick is probably still MMC Carnifex.

Runner ups include Fanstoys Quitus, Fanstoys Sovereign, and Ocular Max Assaultus.

I really adore this guy on the left here...

Such chunky goodness!! Built like a tank, I love it to pieces.

I also love this guy, despite his limitations, very close 2nd...

He's sporting Tyrant's cannon, which I like better, but Sovereign is just so nice.

For uniqueness in design, I love MMC Mirage. It is as if the designers had never seen another transformer and designed him from the ground up, just lots of weird ways of doing things.

MMC Predaking. Even after all these years I still feel it's the most complete Combiner out there. Every mode is great on every bot, and after at least 30 transformations everything is still dead solid on mine.

Damn, that's pretty tough to narrow down. For me, the ultimate Transformer would be one that nails the look of the character (not necessarily slavish toon accuracy but it should epitomize the look of the character with nothing distracting from it) and nail the look of the alt mode (I prefer real world alt modes but a perfectly nailed toon alt mode is good too). It'd be one that's fun to transform with no needing to force parts past each other or breaking fingernails trying to dig parts out. It'd be one with exceptional posability able to acheive any of the character's iconic poses along with an impressive range of dynamic poses. Honestly, as much as I love my 3P Transformers, I'm not sure any of them pull all of that off as well as some of the official figures do.

Honestly, I might have to give to Arkose or Ditka. Both are exceptional at capturing their characters' looks in all modes (though Ditka's plane mode suffers a bit from his needle nose), though Arkose loses some serious points due to his obnoxious transformation and Ditka loses quite a few due to his limited posability and balance issues (though he gets some of those points back for his glorious posable hands).

Only got into the 3p game this past year really, so best figure atm would be dx9 motormaster. Looks good, is solid, great value for money, and is actually fun to transform.

Hmm...as far as 3P goes, my all time favorite is probably between these three:

#1 is probably between FT Thomas and TE-01, while FT Sovereign is the piece that started me down the 3P rabbit hole, so it holds a special place in my heart and is still a damn great figure.

Right now I'd probably put FT Thomas #1, because although I love TE-01 (so much so I have 4 copies of this mold), I actually like MP-44 a little bit more as an MP Optimus Prime, so TE-01 is slightly overshadowed.
