What's up with Goldfire's Two Instructions?

    This weekend, I ordered a Deluxe IDW Goldfire on Amazon for $9.99 with Prime, which I thought was unusually cheap.

    It arrived today, and it had some surprises. First, it has a sticker with a large amount of Asian language printing adhered to the back of the package. It also came with two sets of instruction. One is in an Asian character language (I'm going to assume Japanese, but I didn't look closely enough to sort out the character set).

    It also came with the pack-in comic, but I actually did think to open it and see what language it was in. I'll have to double-check later and update this post.

    Anyway, I am confident that someone on here will be able to explain what's going on with the sticker and instructions...so, thoughts?
