Well with the recent new blowing up about optimus getting his trailer in this new trailer what do you guys think they'll do with it as a toy?

 

I hope it's just an add on kit that fits the leader class price point. Or they may just release prime (with slight modifications) and the trailer in the supreme class price point.

 

I figure we will see the new Voyager Prime packaged with the new trailer, selling at a Leader pricepoint.

 

They probably won't include it in any way outside of RPMs, unless it transforms, and is important.

 

My money is on it turning into armor for Prime. If it does we will definitely see a toy of it. My guess is that we will see a Supreme sized combined powered up Prime that will sell for $89.99 and turn into a Voyager scale cab with a matching trailer.

 

Hopefully they will sell it separately if they do make a toy

 

Prime can merge with it to be a new version of Powermaster Prime.

 

I think it is possible to improve Prime, but only slightly, by adding back all the extra touches that Hasbro cut for production reasons (collapsing tires, folding toolboxes, articulated hands) with the Buster Gun and a few more lines for the voice feature.

Although if they do just remold Leader Prime, I'd like to see Hasbro make the rear fenders and swords collapse better to lessen the kibble and restriction issues.

 

cynicism from my end. i doubt they are going to sell the trailer by itself- they gotta give (spoiled rotten) kids something to go with it.

i don't want another prime. not a one.

i have been considering buying a Junker RiD Scourge just for the trailer to go with my Voyager Prime since i discovered it works as an okay trailer:


or i can just get a similar sized trailer from TRU.

so if i am faced with a $90 purchase just for a trailer, i can look for other options.

 

I'm hoping it's sold seperately as like a battle station playset that's compatible with Leader Prime, but of course that's a stretch.

Hell either that or the trailer's a one-off fan-wank for a specific scene and we won't be seeing one.

 

I Hope it becomes something awesome. but Im waiting and seeing what becomes of it movie wise and toys wise as i feel there is not nearly enough info to speculate.

other than it being Fan wank of course.
