I spent $92 dollars on seasons 1 and 2 of Transformers Animated just this past summer. Obviously it was extremely expensive, but I think it was worth it or perhaps I'm just crazy

By far it would be what I've spent on my PS3, games, and peripherals. I wish it was my Transformers collection, but that will change after college. :)

I had a good $10,000 into my custom pickup truck before I sold it. That was over the course of 5 or 6 years.

Probably about half that into my 'entertainment' hobby... 3D TV, surround sound, PS3, etc.

I lost count of my TF expenses. It has been on-going since I was a kid but I never put out more than $50 for a figure and typically stick to the cheaper/discounted ones these days.

Edit: Ok, I was wrong. I did spend $75 on Ultimate Prime recently.

The most would have to be MP-01 Optimus Prime.

I paid roughly $150 dollars after shipping.

    This was back in 2003/2004.

    Needless to say never again.

    I've since learned my lesson.

I have not purchased a Transformer since july.

I have been focusing on other lines (most notable being DC).

I've always been into cars and modding them. Over a course of about 8 years I easily spent 75K plus purchasing cars, fixing them up and then getting another and doing it all over again.

I always had these nice cars that I rarely drove because I was afraid they would be stolen so I always drove beaters around and left the nice ones at home. Only drove them on weekends.

Vicious cycle that I got out of when I had my kids and have thankfully stayed away from. Unfortunately that addiction was substituted with Transformers as I've spent over 10k on TF's since the 2007 movie infected me.

I spent a little over a thousand dollars on a new computer and a couple of games for it this past month. I'm gonna be in poor status for a while, but thankfully, it was worth it.

As a whole? Probably my Transformers or Bionicle collection. Y'know, probably the latter. But recently? Star Wars made a come back last year... I've speny a dickload on DOTM, and more than I'd like to admit on My Little Pony ($75).

I think for 2011, Dark of the Moon has been the most expensive hobby. But the most I've personally spent on an item was $90 for the Lego Bionicle Skopio vehicle. Let's count that.

in one shot? almost 2000$ on camera equipment. Before tfs you wouldn't ever see me without a camera. Sadly, I sold ALL of it. I forgot how much everything cost me. All I remember was being depressed about it.

My Macross 1/48 VF-1S plus super packs, it cost me a total of around $210 or so after all was said and done, I don't regret any bit of it.
